Refund policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products and the quality of service we provide to our customers. Rarely do we see quality complaints but understand that issues do arise.  If for any reason you run into a quality issue or wrong product is given, please feel free to contact out customer feedback line at customerfeedback@sargentfarms.ca and provide a picture of the box label, picture of the issue/detailed description along with a copy of receipt and we will be happy to address your concerns within 24hrs.

Unfortunately, due to safety protocols we are unable to accept returns in our stores.
